Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any available free-shipping promotions or order minimums will also be applied at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.
Shipping Area
Vanguard Global Supply currently ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Please Check Your Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier. Vanguard Global Supply is not responsible for carrier delays or packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
